How did you win, how many difficulties did you face, PM Modi heard the experience from every player


Team India meets Prime Minister Narendra Modi: When Team India players including Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Jaspreet Bumrah reached PM House to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi, they were seen in a different style. A video of the meeting with the players at PM House has surfaced, in which PM Modi is learning about their experience. The Prime Minister asked the players how their experience was in the final match and the last over.

The Indian cricket team has returned to India early today after winning the T20 World Cup. During their return home, the players of Team India first reached the residence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi to meet him/her. PM Modi had invited the Indian team for breakfast. The Indian team reached Indira Gandhi International Airport early Thursday morning.

After meeting PM Narendra Modi, the Indian cricketers will leave for Mumbai, where the BCCI has arranged a one kilometre victory parade from Nariman Point to Wankhede. After this, the winning team will also be felicitated at the Wankhede Stadium.

The BCCI arranged a special chartered Air India flight for the team. The Boeing 777 flight arrived at Bridgetown’s Grantley Adams International Airport from Newark, New Jersey early Wednesday. The special plane then departed Bridgetown at 4:50 am local time.

After landing in New Delhi, the T20 World Cup winning team reached the ITC Maurya hotel where they were given a rousing welcome.

Tight security arrangements in Mumbai
Extensive security arrangements have been made for the road show of the Indian cricket team in Mumbai. The Vijay Jhooth will be taken out from Nariman Point to Wankhede Stadium between 5 pm and 7 pm. A large number of people are expected to gather for this event, so the police are taking extreme caution to avoid any untoward incident. Adequate security arrangements are being made on Marine Drive between Nariman Point and Wankhede Stadium.
