How did the police catch Saif’s attacker?

According to the report of ‘Aaj Tak’, after stabbing Saif six times, the accused was hiding in a nearby garden for 3-4 hours. After this, he/she left from there and went to a shop and changed his/her clothes there. Then at 8.36 in the morning he/she caught the Dadar train from Bandra station. And from here the police got the lead. he/she searched the CCTV footage of the railway station and matched the faces of the accused with the faces of all those people who passed through there during those days.

Police found in the footage that Shehzad was first seen at Branda station on January 1 and then at Andheri station on January 9 and after that he/she was seen on the bike at 12 noon on the same day. The bike rider was first traced and after interrogating him/her, the police raided the Lebap Camp in Thane and caught Shehzad and he/she also confessed to the crime.
