Apply on police licensing website
To apply online for a license in Delhi, visit the police licensing website licensing.delhipolice.gov.in. Create a new account. After this, go to the option of New License Application and apply. Fill it carefully. Such as name, address, age, identity card information, main reason for obtaining arms license. Upload all the required documents. Such as identity proof, residence proof, medical fitness certificate and income proof. After applying, pay the registration fee. Fees can be paid through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

If you want to apply offline…
After submitting the online application, note down the application number. If after police investigation it is decided to grant you a license, the license will be issued. You will have to keep your 6 photographs ready along with the documents. If you do not want to go through the online process, you can apply at the Licensing Unit of Delhi Police on any working day between 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The application form which is downloaded from the website can also be taken from the office.
