New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi cornered the government on several issues in the Lok Sabha on Monday. While participating in the discussion on the motion of thanks on the President’s address, Rahul Gandhi said many such things which created a lot of uproar inside the House. Rahul Gandhi’s style inside the House as the Leader of the Opposition also appeared to have changed. Perhaps this is the first time in ten years that Prime Minister Modi has intervened on Rahul Gandhi’s statement. Many other ministers also interrupted Rahul Gandhi on his/her statement. As the Leader of the Opposition, Rahul Gandhi targeted the government on the issues of Agniveer, NEET and farmers. Rahul Gandhi said that the Prime Minister said in his/her speech one day that India has never attacked anyone. India is a country of non-violence. The Leader of Opposition said that our great men said do not be afraid, do not scare others. Lord Shiva says do not be afraid, do not scare others and buries his/her trident in the ground. On the other hand, those who call themselves Hindus talk about violence, violence, hatred, hatred 24 hours a day… you are not Hindus at all. Amidst the uproar, Rahul Gandhi said that Narendra Modi is not the whole Hindu society. BJP is not the whole Hindu society. RSS is not the whole Hindu society. This contract is not of BJP. The Leader of Opposition showed the picture of Lord Shiva in the House and said that Lord Shankar inspires truth, courage and non-violence. Referring to the defeat of BJP in Ayodhya, Rahul Gandhi said that Lord Shri Ram has given a message to the BJP. he/she said I was attacked. On the orders of the government Prime Minister, more than 20 cases were registered against me, I was sentenced to two years… I was interrogated for 55 hours. The Leader of Opposition said that I want to tell BJP and RSS what ideas we have used to protect the concept of India. Referring to the Agneepath Yojana, Rahul Gandhi said that a distinction was made among soldiers and on the death of Agniveers, they are not given the status of martyr and their families do not get pension and assistance like a common soldier. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh objected to this and said that the Leader of Opposition is making false statements in the House, while the truth is that there is a provision of assistance of Rs 1 crore to the family of the Agniveer who lost his/her life. Rahul Gandhi said that the army and Agniveers know everything. he/she alleged that the Agneepath Yojana is not the army, but the brainchild of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. If our government comes, we will end it. Rahul Gandhi raised the issue of farmers and mentioned MSP on his/her behalf. Rahul Gandhi said that the farmers are not being given MSP.
