Hina Khan’s Instagram statement read: ‘Hello everyone, To put an end to the recent rumours, I would like to share some important information with everyone who loves me. I have been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Despite this serious illness, I would like to assure everyone that I am undergoing treatment and I am doing well.
