To make this salad, take 1 cup boiled chickpeas, 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1/4 cup feta cheese, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt and pepper as per taste. Moong Dal Sprout Salad

Moong dal is high in protein and low in carbs. To make it, take 1 cup moong dal sprouts, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, 1/4 cup chopped onion, some chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon chaat masala and salt as per taste.
