High blood pressure or hypertension is a serious health problem. Due to this, there is a risk of many serious and life-threatening conditions like heart diseases, stroke, kidney failure and heart disease. In India, about 33% urban and 25% rural suffer from high BP.

You can control your blood sugar by taking pranayama and healthy diet. These are two such things through which your blood pressure can go away in a few weeks. This is the belief of Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, founder of Isha Foundation and renowned spiritual leader of India.

Spinach contains potassium, magnesium, and fiber, which reduces the effect of sodium and manages BP. Similarly, fenugreek leaves, mustard leaves, coriander leaves and turnip leaves are helpful in controlling BP.
