Hepatitis is fatal, it causes liver failure, if you want to save your liver then avoid these 6 things

Hepatitis is made up of two words. Both mean inflammation in the liver. Simply put, when the liver gets inflamed due to any reason, then that condition can be called hepatitis. Whether this inflammation is due to hepatitis virus A, B, C, E or due to alcohol or fatty liver, it will be called hepatitis.

Actually, the reason due to which the liver is swollen is added before the word. When hepatitis is caused by a virus, it is called viral hepatitis. For example: Hep A, Hep B etc. Although all of these are troublesome. They can also be fatal. After some remedies, there is no need to be afraid, one should be alert.

That’s why it’s important to protect the liver from every infection
-Unlike kidneys or lungs, the liver can make itself bigger from smaller. This is also called regeneration power. For this, it is necessary for at least 25% of the original liver to be present in the body. It usually takes only 2 to 3 weeks to return to its original form.
-It also plays an important role in controlling glucose in the body. If someone has a problem of fatty liver, then he/she can also be a patient of type-2 diabetes. When we eat something, it converts glycogen into glucose. When glucose starts accumulating in large amounts in the liver, it turns into fat. Only after this, the case of fatty liver arises. After having fatty liver, many types of problems start gradually. First cholesterol starts increasing. Once cholesterol starts accumulating in the blood vessels, BP starts increasing. Along with this, the problem of sugar can also knock. Therefore, the liver must be kept healthy.

Protein is very important for our body. Protein is called the building block of our body (from which the body is basically made). Many times our body is not able to produce enough protein to fulfill its requirement. In such a situation, the liver itself produces that protein. The liver also stores vitamins. A, D, E, K are fat-soluble and digestible vitamins. It is also important to have less than 5 percent fat in the liver so that the body can absorb these vitamins properly. For this, it is necessary that we consume one spoon of pure desi ghee every day. The liver also stores iron and copper and helps the body absorb it. Another special thing is that it is also needed to bring vitamin D into its active form so that the body can also absorb calcium.
