Helen said, ‘I feel very energetic, very happy and look forward to every day. I feel great. It makes me happy. I don’t need to drink or smoke to get intoxicated. I get a lot of happiness from Pilates. I love coming here. I thank all the trainers. I am 85 years old and I am doing this.’
