Head thought of grandchildren in front of Bumrah’s lethal bowling

Australian batsman Travis Head, who has played many memorable innings against the Indian cricket team, described Indian star Jasprit Bumrah as a great bowler. he/she feels that this Indian legend will be known as one of the greatest fast bowlers of the game. he/she said that he/she will proudly tell his/her grandchildren about the tough challenge of facing the Indian fast bowler. Bumrah performed brilliantly in the first Test match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy played in Perth, due to which India was successful in winning the match by 295 runs.

Head said, “Jasprit will probably go down as one of the greatest fast bowlers to play the game. We are just now finding out how challenging it can be for us. It’s good to play against him/her. When I look back on my career in the future, I will proudly tell my grandchildren that I faced him/her. Playing against him/her is not bad. Hopefully, I will get a chance to play against him/her in future also but facing him/her is challenging.

Head was the only Australian batsman to score a half-century in Perth. Top order batsmen Steve Smith, Usman Khawaja and Marnus Labuschagne are struggling to score runs. This explosive middle order batsman is sure that his/her teammates will not approach him/her for tips. he/she said, “It is certain that they will not take batting tips from me. Every player has his/her own way of playing.
