At the age of 59, Swami Ramdev is absolutely fit and his/her health can be gauged by looking at his/her thick black hair. They eat food only once a day, in which 3 vegetables remain fixed. Due to taking Satvik diet, he/she did not suffer from any disease for 50 years. his/her weight is 65 kg and hemoglobin is 17.5, BP is 70/110 and sugar level is between 70-75. he/she gave all the information about his/her complete diet, food and daily routine.

In an interview given to Curly Tail, he/she told that a person should not feel old nor fall ill for 100 years. For this, eat satvik food and practice yoga. Everyone must do two yoga exercises. These make the body healthy and young from inside. During his/her childhood days, he/she once had fever due to mosquito bite and after that he/she never suffered from cold, cough, diarrhea or food poisoning.
