Has most wanted Arsh Dalla really been arrested? NIA and CBI said- We have no information about this

New Delhi: After the alleged arrest in Canada of Arshdeep Singh Gill alias Arsh Dalla, who was declared a terrorist from India’s most wanted gangster and is considered to be the right hand of slain terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, the question is hot that when will he/she be brought to India? Will CBI, the nodal agency for bringing accused from other countries to India, contact Interpol for his/her extradition? How serious will the National Investigation Agency NIA or the Punjab Police make efforts to bring it? Or will efforts be made to extradite him/her directly from the Ministry of External Affairs?

Arsh Dalla’s arrest not confirmed

In response to all these questions, sources say that first of all, it has not been officially confirmed whether Dalla has been arrested in Canada or not. This is being tried. NIA sources say that there is no doubt that Arshdeep Singh Gill alias Arsh Dalla is in the wanted list of NIA. Efforts will also be made to bring him/her to India, but first it should be confirmed that he/she has indeed been arrested in Canada. Because nothing like this has come to the knowledge of NIA till now. In which it can be said that Dalla has been arrested in Canada.

More or less, CBI also says that till now no agency or state police has contacted us in this regard. In which it can be said that efforts will be made to bring Dalla, allegedly arrested in Canada, to India. For this CBI should take help of Interpol. However, sources definitely say that he/she is trying his/her best to do this. In which the news of Dalla’s arrest in Canada can be confirmed.

Canada fled from India in the year 2022

It is said that Dalla was caught in connection with the firing that took place in Milton city on October 28. Dalla’s role in this firing has come to light. With his/her arrest in Canada, panic started to arise among Indian agencies. But the agencies currently say that they have no information about this yet. Arshdeep was born in Moga, Punjab. Sources say that he/she had managed to escape from India to Canada in 2022 by making a fake passport. She was very close to the slain terrorist Nijjar.

On top of this, there are many cases registered from Canada itself of involvement in anti-national activities in India. It has also carried out target killings in India. Punjab Police on Sunday arrested two of Dalla’s associates for the murder of Sikh activist Gurpreet Singh Hari in Faridkot in October. In September, it had also claimed responsibility for the murder of Congress leader Baljinder Singh Balli. It is also linked to the banned Khalistani Tiger Force. Whose chief was Nijjar.
