Attempt to kidnap a JIP candidate in Hisar’s Balsamand

An attempt was made to abduct Bhagat Singh, the candidate from ward no. Firing also took place on him and all four tires of his car were punctured. The candidate has accused rival Ashish Godara of firing. Police force was deployed in the village after the incident. Sadar police station has started investigation by registering a case against the accused candidates Ashish Godara, Bajir and others under sections of kidnapping, attempt to murder etc.
