Haryana CET Exam 2025: The youth of Haryana may have to wait longer for the Common Eligibility Test (CET) for recruitment to Group-C and D posts. Despite all the amendments made by the government, the Commission has still not been able to decide the schedule of CET. Now the period of examinations and elections has started in the state. The state government has made necessary amendments in CET and after that the process of conducting CET was to start. Due to the date not being finalised, no decision has been taken yet regarding the examination centre. The round of meetings of Commission officials regarding CET is going on, a meeting was held in this regard on Monday also. Haryana Staff Selection Commission is preparing to start the system of one time registration in the first quarter of this year.

Annual examinations are to be held in most schools in February-March. Examination centers are generally not available during this time. Therefore, even if the decision to conduct CET as soon as possible is taken by the Commission, there is a possibility of availability of examination centers only by the end of March or beginning of April. Delay in exam without exam center is also a big reason. Civic elections can be announced in Haryana any time after February 5. These elections will be held in late February or early March. Last time CET was conducted by the National Testing Agency.

Let us tell you that the Haryana government has already released the Common Eligibility Test (CET) Policy-2024 for Group C and D recruitment. Haryana CET will be valid for a period of three years. There will be no restriction of any kind for appearing in the CET exam. The examination fee for different categories will be decided during the application for CET exam. The standard charge for fees has been fixed at Rs 1000.
