Happiness expert Arthur C. Brooks recently told in an article in ‘The Atlantic’ that what should be eaten for happiness? There is no single answer to this, it varies according to the preferences of each person. he/she told that eating favorite food activates such parts of the brain which make one feel happy. But this happens only as long as you are eating, so to maintain this pleasure for a long time, it is important to convert it into pleasure.

In such a situation, Brooks, who is also an instructor of the course on Managing Happiness at Harvard University, has identified the elements of the Ultimate Happiness Diet. They found that enjoying food depends more on how we eat, rather than what we eat.

According to an 8-year study conducted in Asia (ref), eating and creating memorable moments with others is linked to increased happiness. In comparison, eating alone is not emotionally healthy.
