  • To do Hastapadasana, first of all stand straight on your feet and keep your eyes straight.
  • After this, take a deep breath and raise your arms upwards towards the chest.
  • Now, while exhaling, bend forward without bending your waist and keeping your hands straight upwards and then go down.
  • Now hold your feet with your hands and move your chin towards your feet.
  • Now stand up straight the same way you came down, keeping your waist straight and your hands upwards. And then lower your hands.

In this Chakrasana, you have to stand straight and bend yourself. Due to which our blood circulation reaches the head, which prevents hair fall and makes them healthy. Let’s know how it is done.

  • First of all, stand with both your feet slightly wider than shoulder distance apart.
  • After this, make fists of both your hands and while moving your hands upwards, stretch your back slightly backwards.
  • Now slowly come forward and bend your body forward.
  • When your hands touch the ground, stop in that position and take your hands behind your waist while keeping your head in line with your back.
  • Join the hands and move them opposite to the head and then bend them from behind the waist and move the hands upwards.
  • Now bring your hands down to the original position and then straighten your waist and lift it upwards and stand up.
  • Now put your hands down.

Ustrasana

Ushtrasana is also known as Camel Pose which is very beneficial for hair health and prevents hair fall. It is very easy to do.

  • To do Ushtrasana, first sit on your knees, sit in such a way that the lower part of the knee is touching the ground and the rest of the body is standing.
  • Your position should be in an inverted L shape, with space between your knees and feet.
  • Now, while bending your lower back backwards, place your hands on the ground on the sides of your feet.
  • After this, bend the entire body backwards and stretch the body.
  • Take a little breath in this position and then bring yourself back to the original position.
