Govinda will remain in ICU for 24 hours, surgery done, daughter Tina Ahuja told about father’s condition.

Popular actor Govinda was injured by a bullet in his/her leg on the morning of October 1, after which he/she was immediately admitted to Criti Care Hospital in Mumbai. The incident occurred at 4:45 am. The bullet has been removed from Govinda’s leg, and he/she is now out of danger. Wife Sunita and daughter Tina Ahuja are with Govinda. Tina told how is Papa Govinda’s condition now and how the accident happened. Also told how long will Govinda stay in ICU. Tina Ahuja told in conversation with ‘ABP News’ that Papa Govinda is better than before, and she is with him/her. Tina told that Govinda was undergoing leg surgery, which has been done. The bullet had hit below the knee, which has been removed.

Tina said, ‘Papa will remain in ICU for 24 hours. There is no need to panic and he/she is out of danger. Papa was shot while keeping the revolver in the cupboard. When the revolver fell on the ground, a bullet was fired from it, which hit Papa’s leg.

Govinda was shot in the leg, admitted to ICU, misfired while keeping the revolver, manager told how the condition is now.

Meanwhile, DCP Dixit Gedam told ‘Dainik Bhaskar’ that Govinda was alone in the house when the bullet was fired. At present, neither any complaint has been lodged in this matter nor there is any suspect. However, Mumbai Police reached the spot and confiscated Govinda’s revolver. This revolver of Govinda is licensed.

It is being told that after being shot, Govinda’s leg bled profusely, due to which his/her condition became critical, but now he/she is out of danger. According to Govinda’s manager Shashi Sinha, the actor was going to Kolkata to attend a program. The flight was at 6 o’clock. When he/she was keeping his/her licensed revolver in the cupboard, it misfired and he/she got injured in the lower part of his/her knee.
