Government of India declared Hizb-ut-Tahrir a terrorist organization, banned

New Delhi: The Union Home Ministry has declared the global Islamic fundamentalist organization Hizb-ut-Tahir (HuT), formed in Jerusalem in 1953, as a terrorist organization and banned it. The government says that this organization is involved in terrorist activities. Which instigates the innocent citizens of the country to join the banned terrorist organization ISIS under the guise of Jihad. This organization is also working to raise funds for terrorist activities. It has been involved in many terrorist activities in the country.
The government has also said that this organization named Hizb-ut-Tahir wants to establish an Islamic state across the world including India. To achieve this objective it is involved in terrorist activities. This is a threat to the unity and integrity of the country. It is very important to ban this.

This organization wants to spread unrest in the country

In the notification issued by the Home Ministry, it has also been told that this organization is inciting innocent youth to join terrorism using various social media platforms. This organization wants to spread unrest in the country. The Central Government also believes that this organization has been involved in many acts of terrorism in India.

An accused of this organization was arrested on Wednesday

Let us tell you that on Wednesday itself, NIA had arrested the main accused Faizul Rehman, a key accused in the Hizb-ut-Tahrir (HUT) case from Tamil Nadu. he/she is now the seventh accused in NIA custody. NIA spokesperson said the case pertains to a conspiracy by Hameed Hussain and other accused to spread disaffection and separatism by promoting the ideology of an anti-India organisation. After which today this organization was declared terrorist and the Home Ministry has banned it.
