• Age limit- To join this recruitment of Semi conductor laboratory, the minimum age of candidates should be 18 years and maximum age should be 25 years. At the same time, reserved classes have been exempted from upper age. The age of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the last date of application i.e. 26 February 2025.
• Salary- Candidates selected to the post of Assistant will be paid salary of Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100 per month on level-4 of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
• Selection Process- Candidates for the post of Assistant will be selected through written examination.
• Application fee- Candidates of general unreserved/OBC/EWS category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 944. At the same time, this fee has been fixed at Rs 472 for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates.

The written examination will be held in March 2025 in two places New Delhi and Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula. A total of 100 questions will be asked of 100 marks in the written examination. In which there will be quantitative interest, basic knowledge of computers, general intelligence and logic capacity, English discipline, general information and topical subjects. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in the recruitment examination.
