Harsh Vijayvargiya, a Google employee in Hyderabad, was stunned when he/she received an email notification from the Google Operations Center on his/her phone. It was said in the email that he/she has been removed from the job. Vijayvargiya is one of the 12,000 employees who have been fired by Google. However, Vijayvargiya was the star performer of the month. Like many others he/she too had a question for the company. Vijayvargiya wrote on LinkedIn “My first question was – ‘Why me’ when I was the star performer of that month. There was no answer!”
