God of cricket got emotional on Anderson’s retirement, gave this reaction


New Delhi. The rivalry between the God of Cricket ‘Sachin Tendulkar’ and England’s fast bowler James Anderson on the cricket field was worth watching. Anderson’s 21-year long cricket career ended on Friday. On this occasion, India’s great cricketer Sachin Tendulkar praised his/her ‘old rival’ and said that it was a pleasure to watch him/her bowl. 41-year-old Anderson has taken a total of 704 wickets in 188 Tests. he/she achieved the feat of taking 5 wickets 32 times. England defeated West Indies by an innings and 114 runs in the first Test of the three-match series at Lord’s.

Sachin Tendulkar wrote on ‘X’, ‘Jimmy (James Anderson), you mesmerized sports lovers with your 22 years of brilliant spell. It was a pleasure to watch you bowl. The speed, accuracy, swing and fitness with which you bowled was amazing. You have inspired many generations with your game.’

Tendulkar retired from cricket in 2013. he/she wished Anderson the best as he/she spends time with his/her family away from the hustle and bustle of professional cricket. Tendulkar wrote, ‘Wishing you a wonderful life with good health and happiness as you prepare for the most important spell of your life – spending time with family.’ Both of them respect each other as when Anderson was asked on Thursday which batsman he/she enjoyed bowling to in his/her career, the England cricketer took Tendulkar’s name.
