  • Firstly, keep a non-stick pan on the gas. Add oil to it and heat it.
  • Now add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and cumin seeds and fry on medium heat for a few seconds.
  • Add onions to it and fry the onions on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add chilli, turmeric, coriander and cumin powder and fry the onion on medium flame for a few seconds.
