The Department of Posts has released the recruitment notification of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) Schedule-I January 2025. • Salary-The post of India Post Branch Post Master (BPM) will get Rs 12,000- 29,380/- and Assistant Branch Post Master (ABPM)/Postal servant posts will get salary of Rs 10,000 to Rs 10,000 to Rs 24,470 per month.
• Selection Process- Candidates will not have to take any written examination to become a Gramin Dak Sevak. Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit prepared on the basis of their 10th marks.
• Application fee- To fill the GDS form, applicants of general/OBC category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100. There is no fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates.
