Ganguly said- BCCI will have to do something, unhappy with the plight of bowlers in IPL

New Delhi. Batsmen have scored a lot of runs in the Indian Premier League this season. Sunrisers Hyderabad broke the record twice by scoring the highest score in the history of the tournament. Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly has said something very important regarding this. He drew attention to the plight of the bowlers in the ongoing IPL on flat pitches and the presence of an extra batsman as an ‘impact’ player. On Friday, Ganguly said that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will have to find a way to create a balance between bat and ball.

In this phase of IPL, the pitches so far have been suitable for the batsmen. The team is now easily crossing the 200-run mark. Ganguly said before Delhi Capitals’ match against Mumbai Indians, “It is not easy for the bowlers. Runs are being scored against them everywhere and there is a need to pay attention to this in the future because there should be a balance between bat and ball.

KKR’s opener scored so many runs in 10 overs, 5 teams were left behind, who captured the top?

The record of the highest score of the tournament has been broken twice so far this season. Hyderabad team set a record by scoring 277 runs against Mumbai Indians. After this, within 20 days he again improved his own record by scoring 287 runs against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Kolkata Knight Riders team has also scored 260 runs twice.

The IPL governing body has also allowed bowlers to bowl a maximum of two bouncers in an attempt to create parity between batting and bowling in the current season. Some ‘Impact’ players consider the rule to be the cause of imbalance between bowling and batting. Apart from Ganguly, great cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has also expressed his concern regarding the bowlers.
