Gautam Gambhir, the head coach of the Indian men’s cricket team, has broken the silence regarding this. he/she gave a great answer to former England captain Kevin Pietersen on the question about Shivam Dubey. In the recent controversy, Harshit Rana was removed as a conversion substitute in place of Dubey. Not only the former England cricketer, Indian veterans also expressed surprise at this decision.

This decision of India raised controversy as many former English cricketers questioned Rana’s involvement. Captain Jose Butler also did not consider him/her like to like a replacement.
