It is written in the letter that this attack was targeted at a construction site where a billion dollar tunnel project is going on. It will also be used for military transportation. Reading the language written in the letter, it is clear that this terrorist attack was carried out after careful consideration.

Investigating agencies got leads

In this matter, on Sunday itself, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had termed this terrorist attack as cowardly and said that the people involved in it will not be spared. They will have to face strong reaction from the force. Along with this, security agencies also say that some leads are being received. Work is being done on them. A day before this attack, a foreigner was reportedly killed in a terrorist attack. Agencies say that earlier TRF used to target Kashmiri Pandits. But with these attacks it now seems that he/she has started targeting non-Kashmiris. Two-three terrorists attacked here at that time. When the workers engaged in tunnel construction had gone to have lunch in the mess. At the same time, terrorists entered there and opened fire indiscriminately, in which apart from a Kashmiri doctor, six employees were killed. Five of these are outsiders.
