Rishabh Pant would like to adapt himself to red ball cricket
Wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant is desperate to return to the Test team after his/her much-awaited comeback to cricket. The left-handed batsman played his/her last Test against Bangladesh in December 2022. After that he/she was injured in a road accident. Due to which he/she was out of the field for 14 months. Although he/she should be selected as the first-choice wicketkeeper for India in Tests, Pant would like to adapt himself to red ball cricket again before international cricket starts.

Ishaan and Shreyas are in the same situation
Wicketkeeper Ishan Kishan also faced the same situation as Shreyas Iyer. When he/she also refused to play domestic cricket in February. After which he/she was dropped from the BCCI’s central contract list. And since then he/she is out of the team. Ishan, who has kept himself available for domestic tournaments in the hope of making a comeback in Team India. The left-handed batsman has played only two Tests in his/her career so far, he/she played his/her last Test against West Indies in 2023.
