Jaiswal, who made his debut against West Indies in August 2023, has played 17 T20 International matches so far. During this period, he has scored 502 runs with one century and 4 half-centuries, in which his strike rate was 161.43. This IPL season has been good for Jaiswal. Jaiswal is going to play the World Cup for the first time. This is his first World Cup in any format.

Chinaman spinner Kuldeep Yadav will also be seen playing in the T20 World Cup for the first time. Kuldeep is currently bowling well in the IPL for Delhi Capitals. He has taken 12 wickets in 8 matches. 29 year old Kuldeep has taken 59 wickets in 35 T20 International matches. This time the pair of Kuldeep and Chahal, popularly known as Kulcha, will be seen playing in the World Cup.
