New Delhi: Members of the opposition and the ruling party demonstrated in the Parliament complex on Thursday on the issue related to Babasaheb Ambedkar and during this they were allegedly scuffled. BJP alleges that Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi pushed and pushed due to which its senior MP Pratap Sarangi got injured. Sarangi was admitted to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. At the same time, Congress alleges that BJP is trying to divert attention from Amit Shah’s issue. Both the parties have also filed complaints against each other with Delhi Police.

Congress demonstrated in the Parliament House complex against Amit Shah’s remarks against Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. Congress MPs marched from Ambedkar’s statue to Makar Dwar before the commencement of the House proceedings. 6. BJP filed FIR against Rahul Gandhi

Delhi Police has registered an FIR against Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in the case of scuffle that took place in the Parliament House complex on Thursday. BJP leaders Anurag Thakur and Bansuri Swaraj filed a case under Section 115 (voluntarily causing hurt), Section 117 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt), Section 125 (endangering life), Section 131 (use of criminal force) of BNS at Sansad Marg police station. ), filed an FIR against Rahul Gandhi under section 351 (criminal intimidation).

7. Congress also filed a complaint against BJP MPs

Congress also lodged a complaint with Delhi Police against BJP MPs regarding the scuffle that broke out in the Parliament House complex. Congress accused BJP MPs of misbehaving with Mallikarjun Kharge. Apart from this, Congress wrote a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla claiming that three BJP MPs had scuffled with Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi in the Parliament complex. Congress demanded appropriate action from the Speaker.

8. Congress targeted BJP in press conference

After the scuffle in Parliament, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi held a press conference. Kharge alleged that BJP MPs pushed him/her and he/she fell. 10. Lok Sabha Speaker banned the demonstration at the Parliament gate

According to sources, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has issued strict instructions that no MP should be allowed to protest at any gate of the Parliament House. The Speaker of the Lok Sabha has taken this decision in view of the scuffle that took place in the Parliament House complex.
