New Zealand Scholarships: Indian students have a golden opportunity to study in New Zealand. New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology (NZIST) is giving scholarships of 2,00,000 New Zealand dollars (about Rs 1 crore) to Indians. This scholarship will be given to those students who want to go to New Zealand and study in the field of science and technology. NZIST announced this in a program organized at the New Zealand High Commission in New Delhi. The application process for the scholarship has started. New Zealand Science and Technology Scholarship is for Indian students who are taking admission in full-time program in New Zealand in 2025. These scholarships are in line with India’s National Education Policy (NEP), which is preparing students for global careers.

For which programs will you get New Zealand scholarship?

Agri-technology, Applied Health Sciences, Aquaculture, Architecture, Biotechnology, Construction, Computing Systems, Digital Technology, Engineering, Food Technology, Information Technology, Marine Conservation, Nursing, Quantity Surveying, Veterinary Nursing and Viticulture are the programmes in which students will be given scholarships to study.

According to the official scholarship website, “Students will have the opportunity to study at globally recognized institutions in New Zealand that are known for their career-oriented teaching. Students will be able to connect with people from the industry as well as local residents, which will help in learning real things. Due to smaller number of students in the class, students will be able to participate in more discussions.”
