Four houses burgled in Darobariya

Banswara. In Banswara district, people are troubled by the menace of thieves in urban and rural areas. Thieves targeted six deserted houses in one night in Rajpur village of Loharia. In Darobadiya village of Patan police station area, miscreants attacked at four places in one night. Goods worth lakhs were stolen in incidents that took place at ten places. Police have registered a case regarding this. A report regarding the incidents that took place in Loharia area was given by Prithvi Singh Rao, son of Daulat Singh Rao, resident of Rajpur Hall, Ahmedabad. It was told that he resides in Ahmedabad, younger brother Bharat Singh Rao in Surat and Jagdish Singh in New Delhi. The houses of all three are closed in Rajpur. On the night of 25th September, thieves broke the lock of his house and looted his belongings. The thieves broke the locks of the cupboard and box and took away the bundles of fresh notes of Rs 5, 20 and Rs 10, two blankets, silver coins, silver idols of Lakshmi and Ganpati, shoes etc. kept inside. A coconut weighed in silver, two pairs of anklets and anklets, coins and gold earrings were taken away from Bhai Jagdish Singh’s house. About two kilos of silver items, Rs 6,000 fresh notes and seven grams of gold were reported stolen from both the houses. Information about the theft in Bharat Singh’s house will be available upon his arrival.

His relative, Govardhan Singh son of Rajpur, Ishwar Singh Rao, reported theft in three houses of his family on the night of 25 September. It was told that he, younger brother Harisingh and Gajendrasingh Rao all three live in Banswara. Finding the house deserted, the miscreants broke the locks and stole blankets, silver coconut, coins, anklets, toe rings etc. A silver anklet, four silver coins, a silver note and other items were taken from Hari Singh’s house and the safe in the house of the third brother Gajendra Singh Rao was broken, but the items were not stolen there. Here, about five kilos of silver items were stolen from two houses, which came to light after returning home on the next day. The research on both the FIRs has been entrusted to Bhimpur outpost in-charge ASI Surendra Singh.
