Former Pakistani player made fun of comparison of Virat Kohli and Babar Azam

New Delhi. Virat Kohli is considered by all the players in the world to be the best batsman of this era. he/she is compared with the God of Cricket i.e. Sachin Tendulkar, while other players are compared with Virat Kohli. If any player’s name comes up many times in comparison, it is Babar Azam. Virat Kohli and Babar Azam are often compared in the cricket world. Now on this comparison of the two, former Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Aamir said that it makes me laugh.

Aamir said that Virat Kohli is the best batsman of this era and it is absolutely wrong to compare him/her with any other batsman. he/she said that apart from Babar Azam, Kohli cannot be compared with batsmen like Steve Smith and Joe Root.

While talking in a podcast, Aamir said, “Virat Kohli is the greatest player of this generation. I laugh when comparisons are made between him/her and Babar Azam, Steve Smith or Joe Root. We cannot compare Virat Kohli with anyone because he/she has won many matches for Team India, which seems impossible for any other player. Not just in one format, but in all three formats, Virat is the greatest batsman of this generation.”

Aamir further said, “Virat Kohli’s work ethic makes him/her different from all other players. After a poor tour of England in 2014, the way he/she bounced back and performed consistently for the next 10 years is no easy task. his/her wicket was very important for us in the 2017 Champions Trophy final. If we had not dismissed Virat, we would have lost the final because we all know how excellent Virat’s record in run chase is.
