The court has rejected the bail plea of ​​Vicky Gupta, the accused who opened fire outside Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s Bandra home ‘Galaxy Apartment’. The special court of Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) said that the accused had the intention to murder the actor. If he/she is released, he/she may commit such an incident again in the future. According to the information, firing took place outside Salman Khan’s house at around 5 am in the morning after Eid. Two attackers riding a bike fired 4 rounds. Salman was present at his/her home at the time of the attack. The firing accused Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal were arrested from Gujarat. Later Anuj Thapan and another person were arrested from Punjab.

MCOCA court rejects the bail plea of ​​the accused

Rejecting the bail plea of ​​accused Vicky Gupta, the MCOCA court said that the accused had opened fire at the same place where Salman comes to the balcony to greet his/her fans and also sits every morning. This has been mentioned in the FIR lodged by Salman Khan after the attack. It is clear from this that both the accused had come with the intention of murdering the actor.

The accused said in clarification – I was riding a bike!

At the same time, the accused in his/her defense said that he/she was riding the bike and the shooter was sitting behind. She said that she had no intention of harming Salman. he/she is simply a victim of circumstances and it is not right to keep him/her in custody.

It is known that the responsibility of firing at Salman’s house was taken by Anmol Bishnoi, brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.
