FIR lodged against Shreyas Talpade and Aloknath, case related to multi -level marketing scam

FIR has been registered against Bollywood actors Shreyas Talpade and Aloknath. This case is related to the promotion of the company running away with crores of rupees of more than 50 lakh people of a society registered in Indore. This FIR has been registered in Haryana’s Sonipat. Let us know that both these Bollywood actors are accused of promoting for investment in this company. Initially, the company also gave money to some people, later started to be reluctant

According to the complaint lodged with the police, this company deposited money from people for 6 years. People were promised to give coarse returns on investing money in the company in other ways including fixed deposits (FD). Not only this, seminars were made in expensive and big hotels to win people’s trust and agents were made on the lines of multilevel marketing on the pretext of incentive. It is being told that initially the company also gave money to some people, but when crores of rupees were deposited, the matter changed from here. Now the company started ignoring the money and when people asked for money, the company officials closed the mobile.

A total of 11 people nominated in addition to Talpade and Aloknath

The company showed its true color in the year 2023. By giving big claims and greed, the society kept its true purpose hidden for many years and when people gradually started accusing the people of the society of cheating, the owners of the society stopped all connections with their agents and investors. When people started creating a ruckus in the offices, there was also a lock and all the officers escaped with crores of rupees of the people. There were more than 250 facility centers here which used to run agents and big officials worked only on online mode. In addition to Talpade and Aloknath, a total of 11 people have been nominated in the FIR lodged by the police.

Society also started a mobile ATM van with its own ambulance service

In some big cities like Panipat, the Chest Bronch of the society was opened. In some cities, the society started its own ambulance service as well as a mobile ATM van.

The case is to be heard in court on 25 January

If an agent used to connect more people in this marketing, then he/she was given a trophy in reward. Bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade was also hired to promote this company. It is being told that some investors had also filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court in this case. Now a hearing in this case is also to be held in the court on January 25, in which the society officials will have to answer how they will return the money of the people.
