Father is a photographer, mother runs a boutique, now son will play in Dhoni’s team


Ambala. It is said that when children touch heights, their parents feel the happiest. At the same time, parents work hard day and night to take their children to great heights. One such story is of Gur Japneet Singh of Ambala. Recently the auction was held for IPL 2025, in which players from different states were bought by different teams. The special thing is that after Vaibhav Arora of Ambala, now Gur Japneet Singh, a resident of Ambala, has been bought by the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) team for Rs 2 crore 20 lakh. After this, there is an atmosphere of happiness in his/her family and people are coming home to congratulate him/her.

Gur Japneet Singh’s father is a photographer by profession and his/her mother runs her own boutique. his/her parents say that after many difficulties in his/her successful journey, now he/she has achieved this success. Giving more information to Local 18, Gur Japneet Singh’s parents said that from the beginning, Gur Japneet was very fond of cricket and due to not getting any scope in Ambala, he/she left college and went to Chennai to take cricket training.

Training in Chennai and journey to success
he/she told that he/she got admitted to the Chennai based academy after giving trials and after that he/she played many matches and has reached this position today. This has given not only his/her parents but the entire Ambala an opportunity to be proud of him/her.

Dhoni’s fans and future hopes
Gur Japneet Singh’s father said that he/she is a photographer by profession and his/her mother runs her own boutique. Both are big fans of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, and after this selection they now want to see Gur Japneet in the blue jersey.
