After marrying Adhuna, he/she became the father of daughters Akira and Shakya, but got divorced after 16 years. Recently Farhan talked about his/her divorce and its effect on his/her daughters. Farhan Akhtar told that his/her daughters were emotionally broken by his/her and Adhuna’s divorce, and they were also angry. he/she blames himself for what happened to them. Farhan said that his/her daughters had nothing to do with his/her and Adhuna’s divorce, yet they had to pay compensation.

To this Farhan said, ‘Obviously, it must not have been easy. After all, the relationship which they considered to be absolutely correct and perfect was breaking. Obviously, they were angry. Farhan said that after his/her divorce from Adhuna, he/she blames himself for his/her daughters. he/she said, ‘When Adhuna and I got divorced, I started blaming myself for my daughters. They had nothing to do with this. That is why they were emotionally broken. It is possible that they are still angry with me.’
