6 years ago he/she earned 10 crores, now the record will be broken

‘Tumbbad’ was directed by Rahil Anil Barve and was a flop when it was released in 2018. However, it was praised by critics. The film had then earned Rs 10 crore and also won two National Awards. But now when it was released again after six years, it surprised in terms of earnings and response. According to Sacnilk’s report, ‘Tumbbad’ made a net collection of Rs 1.50-1.75 crore on the opening day. Whereas six years ago it had an opening of about Rs 65 lakh. In this way it has broken its own opening day record. Surprisingly, on the very first day it defeated Kareena’s ‘The Buckingham Murders’. Kareena’s film, released on September 13, opened with only 1.25 crores.

More than 30 thousand tickets of ‘Tumbbad’ sold in advance booking

The response that ‘Tumbaad’ is getting is amazing and the way it has earned, it is being estimated that it will surpass the figure of 10 crores earned 6 years ago. More than 30 thousand tickets of this film were sold in the advance booking of the first day itself. Out of this, more than 21 thousand tickets of the film were sold in PVR and INOX, in which Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Pune were at the top. On the other hand, if we talk about states, then Maharashtra is at the top, where more than 10 thousand tickets were sold. If we talk about screen count, then this is the biggest re-release of Soham Shah in this case. More than 2,100 shows of this are running across the country.
