Famous filmmaker Subhash Ghai admitted to hospital, family told what is his/her condition and why he/she reached the hospital.


Famous filmmaker and director Subhash Ghai has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai due to health concerns. The 79-year-old filmmaker was taken to the ICU on Wednesday after suffering respiratory problems, weakness and frequent dizziness. According to hospital sources, Subhash Ghai is currently under the close observation of a team of specialist doctors including neurologist Dr Vijay Chaudhary, cardiologist Dr Nitin Gokhale and pulmonologist Dr Jalil Parkar. A hospital source told The Indian Express. Subhash Ghai’s condition is showing signs of improvement. The source said that Subhash Ghai is likely to be shifted from ICU to normal ward within a day.

Speaking to ABP News, the filmmaker’s spokesperson said that he/she is absolutely fine and has been admitted for routine check-up.

Subhash Ghai has made many films like ‘Kalicharan’, ‘Karz’, ‘Hero’, ‘Vidhaata’, ‘Meri Jung’, ‘Karma’, ‘Ram Lakhan’, ‘Saudagar’, ‘Khalnayak’, ‘Pardes’ and ‘Taal’. Has directed films. he/she last directed the film ‘Kaanchi’ in 2014.

During his/her career, Subhash Ghai has been honored with many awards for his/her contribution to Indian cinema and is a huge personality in the film industry.
