How to avoid job fraud?

To avoid online job scams, take special care of 3-4 things-

  • Whenever you are approached by a direct recruiter, you need to be careful. Instead of immediately trusting the words of the other person, find out about that company.
  • If you are being asked for money in any job, then be alert. Generally companies do not ask for money from candidates. In very few companies, this happens only for very few posts. Cross check it thoroughly.
  • Even if there are very high package salary offers and promises of very easy and fast promotion, you still need to be alert.
