What was found in the investigation

When Sajag’s team started investigating these claims going viral on social media, they found the truth of the matter. Sajjag’s team started investigating the X-handle of Bareilly Police. After which he/she got an ex-post of Bareilly Police. In which it was told that two accused wanted under FIR No. 339/24 Section 70(1)/351(2) BNS and 67 IT Act related to rape and threatening to kill were arrested by the Bareilly police station, Shishgarh.

After that, when Sajjag’s team proceeded with their investigation, they found another ex-post of Bareilly Police. In which it was told that the victim and the accused are related. Along with this, the police has also not included the sections of POCSO Act and SC-ST Act in the FIR. From which it is clear that the victim is an adult and not a Dalit.
