New Delhi: A video of Dewas in Madhya Pradesh is being made viral on social media. In the video, the Muslim woman’s body was found freeze. This viral video of 28 seconds on various platforms of social media is being made viral with fake communal claims. Some policemen can be seen in the video. Apart from this, a corpse can also be seen outside the freeze. While sharing this video, some users are claiming on social media that a Hindu person and Muslim girl ran away and married in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. Then the Hindu person killed a Muslim girl.

Vishwas News examined the claim of viral post. It proved to be fake. The viral video is from Dewas. But the accused and the aggrieved women belong to the same community. There is no communal angle in it. The girl was not a Muslim.

A Facebook user named MD Rashid Pathan gave a video on January 28 Post While claiming, he/she claimed, ‘This is the incident of Dewas in Madhya Pradesh. Hindu Sanjay Patidar and Muslim girl Gulnaz ran away and married. Used to live with a rented room. The room was closed for 4 days. When people broke the door and checked everything, then pieces of Gulnaz’s body were found in the fridge.

The woman’s alleged husband Sanjay Patidar hid the corpse in the fridge after the murder and kept lying to the people. Whenever the neighbors asked him/her about his/her wife, he/she would say that his/her mother had an attack. She has gone to her maternal home. Pratibha Prajapati Khatu was a devotee of Shyam. Every Ekadashi used to go to the temple in Amritnagar. It was a coincidence that his/her body was also found in the fridge on Ekadashi date.

Vishwas News contacted Arvind Dubey of Naiduniya Digital, furthering the investigation. Giving information, he/she said that the whole matter of viral video is of Dewas, but the matter of the dead woman being a Muslim is wrong. The woman’s name was Pinky Prajapati.

At the end of the investigation, the user who made false communal claims was investigated. It was learned that more than two thousand people follow this user named Rashid Pathan. The user hails from Palwal in Haryana.
