What’s in the viral video?

In this two-minute long video, former MP CM Uma Bharti says that while sadhus and women are being killed, rapists are roaming free on the streets. Then Narendra Modi wanted to portray the agenda of Hindutva and development as his/her agenda. I believe that Narendra Modi is not a ‘development man’, he/she is a ‘destruction man’. They have ruined Gujarat. In the rest of the video, Uma Bharti is heard rebuking Narendra Modi and his/her Gujarat development model.
