What is the truth of the viral picture?

When Sajjag’s team reverse imaged the hospital picture of Manmohan Singh which was going viral on social media, this picture was found on many X handles. Some posts were from recent times but one of them was also from the year 2021. In which it was written that Manmohan Singh is admitted in the hospital and his/her health is very bad.

After this post surfaced, it became clear that the viral photo is not the last photo of Manmohan Singh. After that Sajjag’s team started scanning some media websites regarding this picture.
