On social media, an Instagram handle named the_ahir_ruler shared an old picture of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and claimed, ‘The misfortune of the country’. On the photo of Amit Shah shared by the user, it is written, ‘The misfortune of the country, see a cross’. Today he/she is the Home Minister. When Amit Shah Tadipar was taken to the court in handcuffs (hidden with a handkerchief) by the police.

What was found in the investigation?

When Sajag’s team started investigating this viral post, all the claims made regarding this post turned out to be false. First of all, Sajjag’s team reverse checked the photo with the help of Google Lens and found many more posts with the same claim.

Among all those posts, some were two years old and some were three years old. After that, Sajag’s team searched on Google when Home Minister Amit Shah was taken to court. After which on Google public opinion A report was received. Whose heading was, ‘When Amit Shah also kept hiding from CBI for four days!’

After this, Sajjag’s team received a report from The Hindu. In which this picture of Amit Shah is clearly visible. On zooming the picture, it was seen that Amit Shah did not have handcuffs in his/her hands.
