What is the claim of users?
A user named @Mandeo0622 has shared a video on X. In which AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan is seen taking the police. While sharing this video, the user wrote, ‘AAP_ da ka da Da Amanatullah Khan was finally arrested by Delhi Police. It has been heard that Amanatullah was abusing the police, in return, he/she has also done a little bit in Delhi.
At the same time, a user named @SureshSinghj also shared this video and wrote, “Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan was arrested by Delhi Police in Delhi! It is said that it is said that arrest.”
What is the truth of viral video?
When the team’s team investigated the video going viral on social media, this video of AAP MLA turned out to be old. First of all, the team’s team took out the video keframe to investigate the viral video, then checked it with a Google lens. On checking with Google lens, we also received many other posts on social media.

All these posts were made the same claims which were in viral posts. In such a situation, we checked another frame of the video through reverse image. After which we found a video posted on Amanatullah Khan’s Facebook page on 16 April 2023. This video was similar to the viral video, in this video, the police was seen carrying the AAP MLA. The quality of this video was better than the viral video.

After this video surfaced, it became clear that the viral video is not recent. This video of the police, who is seen taking AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan, is from the year 2023. After that we searched Amanatullah Khan arrest on Google but we did not get anything related to the arrest of AAP MLA. However, several media houses reported, which claimed that the Delhi court had stayed the arrest of Amanatullah Khan till 24 February. All these reports were on 13 February. According to Amar Ujala’s report, the court has stayed the arrest of Amanatullah Khan till 24 February.
