It is seen in the video that a boy is hanging upside down with the help of a rope. he/she is swinging in the air and a girl is also swinging with the boy. Surprisingly, both of them seem to be touching only a very small part of the mouth.

We took the help of reverse image search to find out the truth of this video. In this effort, we found this video on many more social media handles.

Then we found Instagram Mexico’s Instagram ID @yuiyuiponn on which there are many such videos. Their video description clearly shows that they swing with the help of teeth and not with the contact of the tongue.

Then we looked closely at the video shared on social media through the tool and clearly saw that the boy and the girl had pressed something with their teeth and were connected to each other with the help of it.
