What did the users claim?

While sharing this video on X, a user named @ASwatntra claimed that Bhadohi… Sacrifice of Brahmins in Hindutva Havan. Brahmin Pradeep Mishra was beaten to death by some bullies in Maharaja Chetsingh District Hospital complex, Gyanpur Bhadohi. Brahmin society has now become carrot and radish, some are killing, some are half dead? It’s a shame that someone raises voice for the Brahmins. The leaders of Dalits are better than Brahmins, at least they raise the voice of their society. That is why I am saying that #BrahminProtectionAct is necessary.

While posting this video, another user @RakeshIsfahan also wrote – Pradeep Mishra, a resident of Jhengurpur, in Maharaja Chetsingh District Hospital Complex, Gyanpur Bhadohi, was beaten to blood by some bullies, his/her condition is serious, the video went viral.

What was found in the investigation?

When the Vigilant team fact checked this video, the claim of violence against Brahmins was found to be false. When Sajjag’s team searched the keywords given in the video caption, Maharaja Chetsingh District Hospital, another post of X was found. On which the reply of Bhadohi police had come.

There was a dispute regarding the route

Bhadohi police said that in the case of fighting between two parties over a road dispute, legal action is being taken by registering a case under relevant sections on the basis of the complaint received from both the parties.

Along with this, when the copy of the FIR was seen, according to it, on December 1, when Gyandhar Mishra was getting the construction work done on the land of his/her old house, a dispute started regarding the road between Shyamnarayan Mishra, Sandeep Mishra and Yogesh Mishra. Did it. The dispute escalated so much that the accused attacked Gyandhar Mishra and Pradeep Kumar Mishra, who came to intervene, with sticks. FIR has been registered regarding this incident.
