Surrounding environment

Sneha Desai said that when a child is born, nothing comes with him/her. The child brings only love with him/her and he/she expects love from others as well. In such a situation, have you ever wondered where anger suddenly comes from in a child? The child gets angry from the environment around him/her and his/her environment is created by his/her parents. If he/she grows up in a wrong environment, only negative things will come inside him/her.

give a reaction

When a child makes a mistake, we immediately react to it or shout at him/her or get angry. Instead of doing this, parents should pause for a second. During this time, make one to three mistakes. You will see that your reaction has changed a lot and now you are behaving or reacting more sensibly.

Often parents instruct their child on what he/she should do and what he/she should not do. If you also think that the child will learn just by your speaking, then you are wrong. The child learns not by your speaking but by watching you. Whatever you do, the child will also learn by watching it.

Sneh Desai highlights that children learn by observing their parents’ behaviour. If parents interact respectfully, adopt healthy habits and have a positive attitude, their children are more likely to emulate them.

Discipline is needed to set boundaries for children and enforce rules. However, it is also important that parents give their children unconditional love and affection. You should set discipline for your child but at the same time give him/her lots of love and support. This will also strengthen your relationship with your child.
