Everyone will be able to study in ITI, free short term courses are starting, there will be benefit in job and earning.

Soon, along with youth, people above 30 years of age will also be able to do courses in Industrial Training Institute (ITI). Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana is planning to start short term courses in many ITIs of the state. For example, other courses including Solar Technician are going to start in the Government Model ITI Sector-14 located at MG Road, Gurgaon. Plumber course has also been conducted here for short duration.

Any person up to 42 years of age can do the course

Maharishi Kashyap Skill Development Scheme will be run by the government. Under this, courses of 30 days, 45 days, 60 days and 90 days will be conducted in ITI institutes. The duration of each course is determined according to the trade. Under the scheme, free courses will be conducted to provide skill training to youth and adult candidates aged between 18 to 42 years.

Soon work on this scheme will be started in ITI institutes. In this, not only ITI pass but also candidates doing graduation, post graduation, diploma and other degrees will be able to take admission.

Will get help in job and earning

Maharishi Kashyap Skill Development Scheme has been started by the government for ITI institutes. The main objective of starting short duration courses under the scheme is to motivate the youth for self-employment and to provide work skills. After doing this course, self-employment for youth and adults can be established. At the same time, more people will be able to apply for jobs in companies.

Candidates will be given complete training and technical information in the course. ITI will also give certificates to the candidates on completion of the course. Jaideep Kadian, Principal of Model ITI, said that short duration courses have already been run in the institute. The upcoming plan is to conduct many other courses including Solar Technician. After the instructions issued by the department regarding running short term courses, work will be done on the further process like time and day of the course.
