Betel- Supani has been used in Ayurveda for centuries in many ways, including for both health and skin. It has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties which are beneficial for the skin. Besides, the tannin present in betel nut tightens the skin and also helps in reducing dark circles and dark spots.

Castor Oil- Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, which nourishes the skin and increases blood circulation. It is also beneficial in reducing swelling under the eyes and lightening dark circles.

  • First of all, take a pebble or stone and add 2 spoons of castor oil in it.
